While I'm policy oriented, & have designed a unique, non-partisan, & very detailed comprehensive reform, the ultimate goal of ANY reform has to be improving the patient care side of the equation & so I like learning about the medicine side as well. Even the original PNHP paper outlining M4A admits it wouldn't substantially improve patient outcomes.
