I want to thank you for enlightenment. I started reading your posts on your former web page when my husband was recovering from bypass surgery with issues of afib. I learned so much from you that helped him and i was particularly fascinated and appreciative of your writings on iogenenisis. It was a concept that I was frustrated by but could not articulate. I was thrilled when you started writing on Medscape and have referred many friends to your writings now on Substack about Sensible Medicine and reading trials. Your work is very meaningful.
