My Recent Talk on AF Ablation at the Brazilian EP Society

The lecture was a debate regarding the use of AF ablation in patients with heart failure. I took the approach that AF ablation can be helpful but in only a small minority of patients with heart failure.
Two days before our debate, the American guidelines came out and upgraded AF ablation to a Class IA recommendation in patients with heart failure. Class I indications are major. The surprise announcement rendered my argument even more relevant.
